so proud.

soo i’ve eaten a hot dog. that has like maybe 1 carb. then i ate a jackpack! which has 10 in it. then i ate two air heads. which have 14 a piece. that’s 28. all together i have had about 39. i have 11 left for today. and i’ve had nothinnn but water! wooo. i just went grocery shopping. got all kinds of good things. peppers, cucumbers, broccoli, grapes, watermelon, hamburger meat, turkey, wheat rolls, alfdkajsdfj just a bunch of shit that is either no carbs, or lowww carbs! woo. proud. :D

wooo today has been good!

i woke up, went outside to tan for an hour. came back in did some laundry. walked one mile, on the ondemand excersise bullshit! then i made a hot dog, no bun, and some ketchup for a snack. folded more laundry. drank like 8 glasses of ice water. mmm. i feel so motivated today! ive also only had about 5 hits off a cigarette all day long. yesterday i had like 5 cigarettes all day long. i’m doing great! i am ready to change my life around. loosing weight, quiting cigarettes, cutting back on alcohol, getting tan, i need to get a job by july! i’m so excited for how things are going to be by next year. i’ll be a whole new person. :] it’ll be amazing<3 i can do this! i believe in myself damnit. :D
